Hot water extraction is the safest and most effective method for cleaning carpets and is generally successful in removing the vast majority of carpet stains. For best results, people should have their carpets cleaned at least once a year, although cleaning may be needed more often for families with multiple children or pets.

Clients should prepare for the arrival of carpet cleaners by removing all furniture, especially valuables, from the area to be cleaned and also from the front entrance and pathway to the designated areas. A twenty-four hours notice may be necessary in the event of a cancellation to avoid an extra charge.
